For Norwood husband and wife, Bruce and Svetlana Farbacher , making the right choices follows naturally from one guiding principle. In their words, " Any house we build, we would be proud and happy to live in." Indulging their passion for craftsmanship in one home after another, Norwood's beautiful finishes and attantion to detail have made them well known in Saskatoon, and throughout Saskatchewan 

Bruce Farbacher

        After building houses and making cabinets all his life , Bruce Farbacher decided to start his own business with a commitment to exceptional customer service while defining new standards of luxury. Since 2004, Norwood Developments has been doing exactly that.  

        Bruce has earned a legacy for his detailed work and ability to perform intricate tasks.  

Svetlana Farbacher

        Bruce’s wife, Svetlana, is a perfect addition to the company. Since shortly after the company’s inauguration, Svetlana has become an integral part of Norwood Developments. Clients of Norwood feel both thrilled and lucky to get these two talented people in one package. 

        Equipped with a degree in fashion design and engineering from Russia, Svetlana’s designing experience is a perfect supplementation to Bruce’s skilled craftsmanship. Coming from Russia and having a unique educational background, Svetlana contributes to the creative side of the process. She works with the planning from blueprint to conclusion with furniture and home accents.
